"MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE unfolds in a style, and at a pace, reminiscent of an earlier time. An intriguing series of events gradually develops, leading to a most unexpected resolution." —Paul Clements, author, A Past Remembered
Greetings and welcome to my website,

The true story of Miscarriage of Justice is one that just has to be told.

One of the biggest surprises was that the incident had simply fallen through the cracks of local history despite the fifty newspaper articles printed during 1913. Ironically, the morning after the murder one Nashville newspaper headline read, "Woman's Suffrage… Sensational Killing." These two headline stories were seemingly separate, but in reality there was a subtle connection to the protagonist, the young wife of a prominent physician, whose quest for independence and recognition led to the destruction of several lives.

Then there was the surprise verdict of the jury—one that still bears examination and critical discussion today..

I end the book with a rhetorical challenge to the reader: "you be the judge." I hope you will enjoy the book. Please contact me and give me your opinion.
